Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You may return all eligible unopened and unused products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling. Please send an email to: admin@premieressentialscents.com to receive your unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.

Please include the RMA code in the return address when shipping the product back to us. Returns without the RMA code will be charged an additional restocking fee of 15%.
